Client Process · Work Phases
Phase 0 — Initial Contact
Free consultation
First conversation to understand the project, context and expectations.
This stage is used to assess fit on both sides before any commitment.
Phase 1 — Proposal & First Payment
- Project scope definition
- Budget proposal
- Approval and confirmation
Once approved, the first payment is made.
Only then the project officially begins.
Phase 2 — Research Input
Custom questionnaire
The questionnaire is adapted to each client and project.
Its purpose is to go deeper into the brand’s history, values and intentions, and to leave space for reflection on what the brand truly needs to express.
This phase allows time to clarify ideas before any design work starts.
Phase 3 — Briefing & Visual Direction
Concept definition
At this stage, I develop:
- The briefing
- Strategic analysis
- Three visual direction proposals (moodboards)
A second meeting is held to present, explain and adjust these directions.
- If one direction is selected, the project moves forward
- If several directions resonate, a fourth combined direction can be developed
Phase 4 — Logo Design
Main logo development
The main logo is designed without a fixed number of sketches or proposals.
I explore as many directions as necessary until the right solution emerges.
This phase includes:
- Presentation meeting
- Refinement and adjustments
- Up to three review rounds, if needed
Beyond this point, additional changes are considered extra work.
Phase 5 — Logo Variants & Initial Applications
- Logo variants for different uses
- First mockups and visual tests
A new meeting is held to review and refine.
Up to three rounds of adjustments are included to reach the final version.
Phase 6 — Final Applications
Digital and/or physical
Development of the final applications defined for the project
(e.g. digital assets, printed material, environments).
A review meeting ensures consistency and correct implementation.
Phase 7 — Brand Book & Delivery
Final documentation
- Complete brand book
- Usage guidelines
- All final files (print and digital ready)
The brand is delivered fully structured and ready to be used by any external team.
