MADE IN SLOW
STRUCTURE
MADE IN SLOW is a Spanish platform focused on preserving traditional knowledge and materials within contemporary fashion.
The project was developed as a complete marketing strategy and rebranding proposal.
The objective was to extend the brand’s ecosystem by identifying a viable business opportunity rooted in heritage, production quality, and long-term value rather than trend-driven consumption.
SYSTEM
The strategy is built around the recovery and valorization of Spanish merino wool as a core material.
A full-service model was defined, positioning MADE IN SLOW across the entire value chain: from raw material sourcing to final garment production.
The system supports both emerging and established designers, offering access to quality materials, local manufacturing, and controlled processes.
Quality, sustainability, and traceability operate as structural principles.
The rebranding aligns visual identity, tone, and positioning with this expanded scope.
CONTEXT
The project was developed as a university thesis, allowing for deep analysis, long-term planning, and structural thinking.
The proposal reflects a methodology based on patience, consistency, and organization, mirroring the values the brand seeks to preserve.
